Cal. 303 Brit. S# W210760. Bbl. 26" dated 1917. Standard P14 sights. Rear volley sight still present. Cutdown Winchester made P14 rifle. Matching numbers on receiver, bbl., bolt & rear sight. Top of receiver & bbl. have five pointed star markings. Blued finish. Sporter pistol grip stock with poorly fitted recoil lug, bottom mounted sling swivels. CONDITION: stock has added finish with some dings, handling marks, scratches & light chipping. Metal retains 50% blue with scattered edge wear, fading, light oxidation, a few spots of light pitting & handling marks. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Very good bright bore with a couple patches of light pitting. (25-6589/MJC). MODERN. $200-400.
